Governing Law; Venue and Jurisdiction Learning Objectives:
By visiting or using the Site you agree that these Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute between you and us, irrespective of whether or not you are a registered user/subscriber and irrespective of the type of dispute.
You agree not to commence or prosecute any action against us other than in the courts of England and Wales and you hereby consent to, and waive all defences of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to, venue and jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Not withstanding this, you agree that we shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 2Succeed. 2Succeed shall be entitled to enforce this agreement on its own behalf.
Nothing in this agreement shall confer on any third party any right or benefit under the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Cancellation, refunds and returns policy:
It is important you read the following information before enrolling on to any 2Succeed course as by enrolling, on any of our courses, you are entering a legally binding agreement.
Definitions:
We’ and ‘us’ refers to 2Succeed.
‘You’ refers to the customer buying a 2Succeed course or programme of study.
‘Course’ refers to any programme of study being offered by us. This includes any revision of materials we may make over time.
‘Course material’ relates to the information you will be given following the purchase of a course. This includes any revision of materials we may make over time.
Refund and Return Policy for our Courses:
All the courses are developed and written by people with appropriate levels of skill and great care goes into ensuring all our courses are of a high standard. Where an eLearning course has been purchased and downloaded we do not offer refunds or returns. Similarly once a live online course has started, we do not offer returns of refunds.
Live online lessons
Extensive information is given about the live online lessons and if you have any questions about these courses, or want additional information, you can contact us via the Contact Us page of the website or by emailing info@2succeed.co.uk.
If you want to cancel a live online course, you have 10 working days (UK working days are Monday to Friday) to let us know by emailing info@2succeed.co.uk. You need to make it clear that you wish to cancel the course in this email. Please note, once the live online course has started, it is not possible to cancel even if the course was purchased within the 10 working day period.
The 10 working days cancellation period starts from the date on which we emailed you in order to confirm our acceptance of your order.
eLearning courses
Detailed information, on all our courses, is given on the 2Succeed website. The eLearning course information gives a very clear picture of what to expect if you choose this course and once the payment has been made, you will be able to access all the course materials. If you have any questions about these courses, or want additional information, you can contact us via the Contact Us page of the website or by emailing info@2succeed.co.uk. As it is not possible to offer a refund once a course has been downloaded, you are advised to contact us if you have any questions or queries before purchasing the course.
All the eLearning course material, relating to your chosen course, can be accessed via the 2Succeed website, as soon as purchase is complete. Once the course has been downloaded you will not be eligible to claim a refund. Details will be given to you, on completion of the purchase process to enable you to access this information. You will not be able to access this information if your payment is not authorised.
Additional terms and conditions for eLearning course purchases:
All the course material, relating to your chosen course, can be accessed via the 2Succeed website, as soon as purchase is complete. Details will be given to you, to enable you to access this information. You will not be able to access this information if your payment is not authorised. If, owing to an event beyond our control, the course material is not delivered on completion of payment, you should contact us on info@2succeed.co.uk so we can address the issue. If you do not receive the course materials, within 72 hours of contacting 2Succeed, via the email above, you may request a full refund or reduction of fees. If you request the full refund you may treat your contract as at an end and we will promptly return the payment.
This contract continues for as long as it takes us to provide the service(s).
On termination of the contract, for any reason, any of our respective remaining rights and liabilities will not be affected.
We reserve to right to refuse enrolment on to any of our courses.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability:
We warrant that we will carry out the service to you with a reasonable level of care and skill. Every effort will be made to provide course materials of a high level of quality but we cannot confirm our resources will be error free.
Any liability under any agreement between you and us shall be limited to any sums paid by you to us.
As far as permitted by law, we shall not be liable to any person for losses or damages that were not reasonably foreseeable and that were not caused by any breach on our part.
We shall not be liable to any person for any direct or indirect loss or damage as a result of your enrolment onto a 2Succeed course. Any liability that does arise will be limited to the course fee paid.
None of the conditions or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to have been waived by either party, except by an instrument in writing signed by a duly authorised officer or representative of each party. The waiver by either party of any right here under or the failure to enforce at any time any of the provisions of this Agreement, or any rights with respect thereto, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any other rights hereunder or any breach or failure of performance of the other party.
We have discretion to relax any of these terms but this shall in no way affect our rights under these terms & conditions.
Circumstances beyond our/your control:
The party will advise the other party as soon as is reasonably possible.
2Succeed is not responsible for any changes to your personal circumstances.
We will not be held liable for any unforeseen changes in your circumstances once you have purchased a course.
