CrossFit CoachBreaking Borders: My Journey from Brazil to International Coaching
2Succeed expanded my vision, strengthened my confidence, and gave me a truly international perspective on my career.
As a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, Matheus had already built extensive coaching experience working with athletes, coaches and communities in Brazil and internationally.
Moving his career into an international environment challenged him to improve his English, adapt his communication, raise his professional standards and build greater confidence.
His experience with 2Succeed became an important turning point. It helped him step outside his comfort zone, communicate more effectively with international clients and professionals, and recognise how the expertise he had developed through CrossFit could create value far beyond Brazil.
One of his strongest lessons was that professional growth is not only about technical knowledge. It is also about communicating your value, building genuine relationships and being prepared when new opportunities arise.
Today, Matheus sees himself not simply as a CrossFit coach, but as a professional able to create connections, share knowledge, inspire people and deliver value internationally.

Today, I can understand what people are saying and communicate with anyone in English with much more confidence.
Before joining 2Succeed, Shumaila says she knew only Urdu and was unable to understand spoken English or respond confidently.
Through the support and encouragement of her teachers, she gradually developed her English communication skills and became much more confident speaking with others.
Shumaila explains that her growing confidence also influenced an important decision for her family. After improving her own English, she felt able to move her children from an Urdu-medium school to a convent school because she wanted them to have greater opportunities to learn and communicate in English.
She credits the patience, guidance, encouragement and continued efforts of her teachers with helping her make that progress.
