Our Story

The idea to set up 2Succeed came from Humaira, whilst working alongside Louise and Sian in a large UK college. During the Covid crisis, which brought a move to online learning, Humaira recognised the many benefits that a global online education platform could bring to students.

Meet The Team

Meet Humaira

Humaira has more than 15 years of teaching experience in Pakistan and the UK. She has a passion for teaching, which she sees as a relational process through which she can bring out the best in all her students.

Humaira believes in quality, which for her implies ensuring her students enjoy their lessons and achieve the best grades by working hard and with dedication. Humaira sees her role as that of a facilitator. Some of her former students have rated her among the best teachers they’ve ever had.

Coupled with her teaching and research activities, Humaira’s business consultancy work also gives her practical experience in the real world.

Meet Louise

Louise thoroughly enjoys working with students and gains great satisfaction from seeing them achieve their goals; whether that be moving on to university or to their chosen job role.

Additionally, Louise is very interested in helping people progress in their chosen career and set up and delivered a very successful employability course, for many years, in a large UK college.

She is also a well-qualified performance coach and has helped and supported many teachers and delivered professional development training sessions. In recognition of Louise’s ‘skills, achievements and expertise’ and her outstanding contribution to education, she was awarded a Fellowship with the UK Chartered College of Teaching in 2022.

Meet Sian

Sian has worked for over 16 years in education; before that, she worked as a marketing consultant. Sian is highly qualified and has extensive knowledge of commercial business.

Sian has an empathetic approach to teaching and engages well with all her students. This enables her to identify students’ best way of learning and to adapt her practice accordingly. Sian was nominated as Teacher of the Year for her contribution to teaching.
